Questions before you subscribe
When will I be charged?
At checkout first, then on that same date every month. A reminder email reaches you before each renewal, leaving you time to change or cancel.
When does my set ship?
Shortly after each billing date. A tracking email is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every delivery ships free, with tracking included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, whenever you want from your account, at no cost. You can also skip or pause a delivery.
Could I get the same model twice?
No. We keep a record of every set you have already received.
Which sets could I receive?
Any set in our catalog up to 2,100 pieces, whatever the category.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.
What if a piece is missing or broken?
Ask for a replacement on our Brick Replacement page and we will send it your way.
