Motorised kits such as the W16 Engine & Transmission, the Motorized Italian V12 Powertrain from Kaixing and the Functional LSX454 V8 Engine include a motor that turns the crankshaft, so pistons, valves and fans move together. A few display versions, like The GAA V8 Tank Engine without Motor, are designed to be turned by hand.
