We want you to be happy with your Power Blockz purchase. If something isn't right, our return and refund process is straightforward and hassle-free.
1. When Can I Return Something?
You have 30 calendar days from when your order arrives to request a return—plenty of time to decide if it's right for you.
2. What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on items that are:
- Unused and in perfect condition.
- Still in original packaging with everything that came in the box.
- Not marked as "Final Sale" or gift cards.
3. Return Shipping
Most approved returns come with a prepaid return label—we cover the cost. Depending on your location and order type, shipping terms may vary slightly.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@powerblockz.com with your order details.
- We'll review and approve your return.
- Get your return label and shipping instructions.
- Ship it back to us following our guidance.
5. Getting Your Refund
- What Happens: We inspect everything when it arrives.
- Approval: If it meets our return conditions, we process a refund to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Expect your refund within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank's processing speed).
6. Canceling Before Shipment
If you want to cancel before we ship, just reach out. Once your order's already on its way, you'll need to use our standard return process.
7. Items That Can't Be Returned
Gift cards and items labeled "Final Sale" are final purchases—no returns or exchanges.
